Q1. What is In-Home Personal Training ?
In-Home Personal Training allows you to train in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I provide the equipment for your workout or if you already own any fitness equipment it can be utilized. No matter how small your space or backyard is there is always a way to create a successful workout.
Q2. Why do I need a personal trainer?
Full Focus personalized programs are tailored specifically for you and your goals. Whether you require a Personal Trainer for weight loss, motivation, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, sports speciﬁc training or general ﬁtness, Full focus PersonalTraining sessions give you the attention you need.
Q3. Where will I do my training sessions?
Full Focus Personal Training is a mobile personal training service. I am able to train you at a local park, in your lounge room, backyard, garage or ofﬁce.
Q4. What equipment do I need in order to train?
You need no equipment because Full Focus Personal Training provides all the equipment necessary for your training sessions. Equipment includes resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls, ﬁt balls, skipping ropes and more.
Q5. How long is each training session?
A typical personal training session with Full Focus Personal Training runs for 45 or 60 minutes. However Full Focus Personal Training does offer shorter or longer sessions depending on your schedule and goals.
Q6. Do I have to train alone?
You have a number of options. Full Focus Personal Training offers one-on-one sessions, training in pairs or small groups. Training with a friend or in a small group may provide you with additional motivation plus you pay a reduced rate per session.
Q7. What if I need to cancel a training session?
All cancellations must be received within 24 hours either via email or phone. Failing to do so may result in being charged for the full session.
Q8. What times can I train?
Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. Weekends subject to request and availability.
Q9. How long is the first initial consultation?
It is about 60 minutes.
Q10. Where are you located in Melbourne?
Full Focus Personal Training works around the areas of Ivanhoe, Eaglemont, Rosanna, Alphington, Fairfeild, Kew, Hawthorn, Clifton hill, Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Fitzroy and Brunswick. But please feel free to contact meif you live outside of the areas above.

Q13. How do I pay?
Packages more that 5 sessions can be paid in advance. Cash or cheque is welcome for single sessions on the day. Full Focus Personal Training offers a free, no obligations initial consultation for all new clients with no joining fee.
